But, if you want to lower the price, you could book a recurring service monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly. Also, we recommend our clients clear the rooms and store valuable objects before we arrive. That will give our cleaners more time to clean and refresh your home!

You don't have to be. If you wish, you can provide a key or entry code. We maintain constant communication with our clients, and we ensure you everything is going to be just as we agree to. However, if you want to be home, that’s no problem.

To protect our employees' safety and well-being, we emphasize that there are some cleaning tasks our cleaners are not allowed to do, like climbing tall ladders, mold removal, cleaning exterior windows, cleaning pet messes, lifting heavy items, and bio-hazards such as human or pet bodily fluids, but some of these services may be handled with the commercial team, not the residential team.

Yes. Every one of our cleaners is insured and bonded. In case of an accident or injury during work, you don't have to use your insurance.

Would I get the same cleaner every time? .. The new answer is this... We believe that sending the same team is very important, and we do everything within our control to regularly send the same team. However, just like in every workplace, we experience absences and resignations. We will send a replacement team, if necessary, to meet your schedule requirements. All of our contractors are trained in the same cleaning system so that when another team must be used, it is transparent to our customers.
